Motorcycle Safety Classes
Learn to ride
at the Harley-Davidson of
Pensacola Motorcycle Rider Training Academy
Thank you for your interest in the
Motorcycle Safety Classes. All training is done at the Harley-Davidson of Pensacola dealership.
We hold classes most weekends with the exception of holidays.
You must be at least 16 years of age and
hold a valid drivers license or permit. Completion of this course is
required for anyone who applies for a motorcycle endorsement or motorcycle license only.
We start class on Friday evening from
6:00 until about 9:00 pm. Here we start on the classroom modules. No
riding gear is needed for this section.
For the riding portions (Saturday and
Sunday) you will need sturdy, over the ankle footwear, sturdy pants (blue
jeans), long sleeves, full fingered gloves and eye protection. You should
also bring rain gear in case of inclement weather.
Saturday we start at 7:00 am. with the riding
exercises and ride until about noon. We will break for lunch then return
and finish the classroom modules and have a written evaluation. We
anticipate finishing around 4:00 pm.
Sunday we start again at 7:00 am. and
finish the riding exercises and have a riding evaluation. After this is
completed there is a course wrap up and anticipate completion around 2:00 pm.
The cost of the class is $225.00.
